全叶卷手工雪茄关键工艺技术研究
【摘 要】全叶卷手工雪茄作为当前世界广泛消费且普遍认可的雪茄烟草类型，其目前已成为我国国内烟草产业发展的一个方向。但是，目前我国雪茄工厂对于全叶卷雪茄的制作工艺参差不齐。因此，在这一背景下，论文对全叶卷手工雪茄关键工艺技术进行详细探究，从雪茄的烟叶处理、烟支卷制、烟支保存进行分析，进而为提高我国全叶卷手工雪茄工艺技术水平提供参考。
【Abstract】As a kind of cigar tobacco which is widely consumed and accepted in the world， full leaf artisanal cigarette has become a direction of the development of tobacco industry in China. However， the manufacturing process of the full leaf coiled cigar in the cigar factory of our country is not uniform at present. Therefore， under this background， the article makes a detailed exploration on the whole leaf coiled hand cigar key craft technology. In this paper， the tobacco leaf treatment， cigarette curling and cigarette preservation of cigars are analyzed， which can provide a reference for improving the technological level of hand-made cigars made in whole leaf coils in China.

1 引言
全叶卷手工雪茄在进行制作时工序较多并且复杂，另外，影响全叶卷手工雪茄的质量因素有很多。因此，在对此种雪茄进行加工的过程中要控制的因素也较多，而加工雪茄的关键性技术就显得十分重要。近年来，越来越多的相关工作人员远赴国外进行雪茄技术交流，这为我国全叶卷手工雪茄关键技术的发展有着一定的辅助作用。但是即便如此，如何有效改变我国雪茄加工关键技术，进而提高雪茄的质量，成为我国雪茄事业发展的关键问题。
