“互联网+”背景下玉溪零售业发展对策研究
【摘 要】'互联网+“自提出以来并得到迅速发展，在各行业得到广泛实践，成为一种国家战略。近年来玉溪市经济下滑，'互联网+“ 的提出恰好能作为玉溪发展新的突破口。论文主要以玉溪市传统零售业为研究对象，通过研究其发展现状，找出存在问题，从企业、政府及行业三个层面提出在'互联网+“背景下的发展对策。
【Abstract】The "internet plus"has been developing rapidly since it was proposed and has been widely practiced in various industries.It also become a national strategy.In recent years，the economy of Yuxi city has been declining， and "internet plus" just can be used as a new breakthrough in the development of Yuxi， while the "Internet plus"has been proposed as a new breakthrough in the development of Yuxi.The paper mainly takes the traditional retail industry of Yuxi as the research object， and finds out the existing problems through the study of its development status， and from the enterprise， government and industry three aspects presented in the "internet plus" under the background of the development of countermeasures.

1 零售业发展现状
1.1 玉溪零售业经营现状分析
2017年以来，玉溪市零售行业在市委市政府的稳增长政策支持下，呈现出高开稳走的态势，1-9月，零售业销售额累计达到244.4亿元。同时，线上销售平台层出不穷，很多消费者尤其是年轻消费群体都选择这种消费模式，这迫使实体店开始向线上发展。
玉溪市实体零售企业在与电商结合发展的过程中，存在很多困难和问题：
基础设施不完善：电子商务的运行是以物流为前提的，但目前玉溪市物流配送体系还不够完善。县以下的物流配送管理，存在线路规划不合理、交通设施不完善等问题。
信息化程度低：调查发现，玉溪零售企业的管理大都会引入专业的管理软件，但所选用系统大多是科脉等传...
