再造烟叶生产过程中白水的综合回收利用
摘要：造纸法再造烟叶生产过程类似于造纸工艺过程，在生产过程中会产生大量白水，由于不同位点产生白水的质量分数有较大波动，生产上将白水进行综合回收利用。白水的多级分类利用将有效降低白水系统的质量分数波动，生产1 t再造烟叶产品的水耗由64.86 m3降低至35.45 m3，同时保证了产品品质。

The Comprehensive Recovery Utilization of White Water in the Process of Reconstituted Tobacco Manufacture

Abstract：Paper-making reconstituted tobacco manufacture process is similar to paper technology. Therefore，a large quantity of white water produced in the manufacture process of reconstituted tobacco. In order to save the water consumption，the manufacture process adopted the comprehensive recycling utilization for different white water. The white water consumption of per ton reconstituted tobacco decreased from 64.86 m3 to 35.45 m3. Meanwhile，the recycled white water quality is stable after treatment by different process.
