植物组织培养工学结合实践教学体系建设的实践与探索

摘要 为加强高职学生实践能力的培养,改革高职专业人才培养模式,构建以工学结合为突破口,以蝴蝶兰组织培养过程为教学体系设计基础,以工作任务为载体,突出职业能力与素质培养的教学体系,改革教学方法与手段,充分发挥学校与企业的优势,建立工学结合模式下植物组织培养的课程体系,以期提高高职人才培养质量、增强学生实践能力。

Practice and Exploration of Plant Tissue Culture Teaching System with Workintegrated Learning Model

Abstract In order to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability of vocational school students, reform personnel training mode of higher vocational specialty, with workintegrated learning as the breakthrough point, Phalaenopsis amabilis tissue culture process as foundation, tasks as carrier, the teaching system which highlights the vocational ability and quality culture was constructed.The teaching methods and aims were reformed, give full play to their respective advantages of schools and enterprises, the establishment of plant tissue culture can greatly improve the quality of higher vocational talents and enhance the students" practical ability.

教育部《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》(教高[2006]16号)中提出,要大力推行工学结合,突出实践能力培养,改革人才培养模式,把工学结合作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,带动专业调整与建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革[1]。人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,实验、实训、实习是三个关键环节,应同时加强校企合作,加强实训、实习基地的建设,培养技术应用型人才。
