临床病理讨论在神经系统疾病病理学教学中的作用

[摘要] 病理学是介于基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,虽是基础课程,却带着明显的临床学科特征。病理学教学不仅仅局限在教会学生病理学的基础知识,还应培养学生的临床思维、整合知识及获取知识的能力。在神经系统病理学教学中应用临床病理讨论的形式进行,采用PBL教学模式,不局限于传统的组织形态学,重视分子生物学在病理学的作用,密切结合临床病史及影像学改变,同时阅读相关文献,做到与时俱进。这样的病理学教学模式课程内容丰富、新颖、先进,能够充分调动学生的学习及参与的积极性,活跃课堂氛围,取得比较好的教学效果,同时也促进教师的自我学习和提高,有助于病理学教师专业水平的提高。

[Abstract] The pathology is a bridge discipline between the basic medicine and clinical medicine, and it is a basic course but with obvious clinical subject characteristics, the pathology teaching is not only limited to teaching the students basic knowledge of pathology, but also can train the clinical thinking, integrating knowledge and obtaining knowledge abilities of students, we should carry out the nervous system pathology teaching in the clinical pathology discussion form, adopt the PBL teaching model, not limited to the traditional histomorphology, paying attention to the role of molecular biology in pathology, closely observing the clinical disease history and imaging changes, read related literatures and keep up with the times. The course content of the pathology teaching model is rich, novel and advanced, which can fully motivate the enthusiasm of leaning and participation of students, activate classroom atmosphere, obtain a better teaching effect, promote the self-study and improvement of teachers and contributes to improvement of professional level of pathology teachers.
