对比分析多层螺旋CT与MRI扩散加权成像诊断四肢软

[摘要] 目的 对比分析多层螺旋CT与MRI扩散加权成像诊断四肢软组织肿瘤的价值。方法 回顾性分析2011年3月”2014年3月在该院进行CT及MRI（包括扩散加权成像）的四肢软组织肿瘤患者103例。比较两种检查方式肿瘤表现及与病理学检查相符率。 结果 103例患者中，CT与病理学检查相符率为56.3%，MRI扩散加权成像相符率为70.9%；病灶轮廓、血管情况及病灶周围情况上两组检查方式无明显差别。 结论 MRI扩散加权成像对软组织肿瘤诊断准确性更高，能更好鉴别肿瘤性质。

[Abstract] Objective To compare and analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI diffusion-weighted imaging in diagnosis of tumors of soft tissue in extremities. Methods 103 cases of patients with tumors of soft tissue in extremities with CT and MRI（including diffusion-weighted imaging） in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed， and the accordance rate of tumor expression between these two examination methods and pathological examination was compared. Results In the 103 cases of patients， the accordance rate of CT and pathological examination was 56.3%， the accordance rate of MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging was 70.9%， and there was no obvious difference in focus boundary， vascular conditions and focus perifocal condition between the two examination methods. Conclusion The accuracy of MRI diffusion-weighted imaging in diagnosis of tumors of soft tissue is higher， which can better distinguish tumor nature.
