呼吸道感染患者病原性细菌的临床检验分析

[摘要] 目的 分析呼吸道感染患者病原性细菌的临床检验价值。 方法 采用临床资料调研法对我院2015年1月～2016年6月采样的68例呼吸道感染患者的临床检验资料进行查证分析，依照控制感染方法的不同，平均分为对照组34例（常规检验）和观察组34例（病原性细菌临床检验），对照组患者应用常规检验结果进行抗感染治疗，观察组在此基础上，增加病原性细菌临床检验，比较两组患者的临床检验疗效。 结果 观察组临床检验准确率94.12%（32/34）明显高于对照组临床检验准确率73.53%（25/34），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 呼吸道感染控制中应用病原性细菌的临床检验效果确切，具有较高的检验准确率，可作为控制感染的必要依据，值得临床应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical laboratory value of pathogenic bacteria in patients with respiratory tract infection. Methods The clinical laboratory data of 68 patients with respiratory tract infection who were sampled in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were verified and analyzed by using clinical data research method. According to the different methods of infection control， the patients were divided into control group（routine laboratory） with 34 cases and observation group（pathogenic bacteria clinical laboratory） with 34 cases.
