核电厂核岛仪表管安装质量控制
【摘 要】核电厂核岛仪表管安装是仪表专业建安阶段的关键工作，因设计要求高，施工难度大，核电施工现场遇到交叉施工频繁等原因，仪表管安装存在反复施工、多次修改等问题，对施工质量有不利影响。本文通过阐述福清核电1-4#机组仪表管安装质量控制实践，分析核电建安阶段仪表管路存在的常见问题及原因分析，并提出相應的改进措施，为新建核电机组提供可参考的经验。

【Abstract】The installation of nuclear instrumentation tubes in nuclear power plant is a key task during the construction of instrument specialties. Due to the high design requirements， the difficulty in construction and the frequent cross construction on nuclear power construction site， there are some problems such as repeated construction and repeated modifications ， Adversely affecting the construction quality. In this paper， the author introduced the quality control practice of instrument installation in 1-4 units of Fuqing nuclear power plant， analyzed the common problems existing in the instrumentation pipeline during the construction of nuclear power station and the reasons， and proposed corresponding improvement measures to provide reference experience for the new nuclear power plant.
