基于DCS水泥配料控制系统应用

摘要：随着科学技术水平的不断发展和生产工艺的不断完善，特别是对一些像水泥厂高能耗高污染的工矿企业来说如何保证生产安全可靠、提高产品质量及产量、降低能耗及成本、控制环境污染、降低工人劳动强度、提高设备的运转率及劳动生产率、实现科学的生产控制管理等因数至关重要。水泥工业自动化水平的提高，也为水泥生产新工艺的推广和完善创造了条件。水泥配料是水泥生产的关键环节，配料质量的好坏直接影响水泥的产量和质量。DCS技术的引入，大大提高了水泥配料质量，提高了水泥产量和质量。
Abstract： Along with the continuous development of the level of science and technology and improvement of production process， it is especially important for high pollution mining enterprises such as cement plant to ensure safe and reliable production， improve product quality and yield， reduce energy consumption and cost， control the pollution of the environment， reduce the labor intensity of workers， improve the operation rate and labor productivity，and achieve scientific production control and management. The improvement of automation level of cement industry has also created conditions for the promotion and improvement of new production process of cement. Cement batching is the key link in cement production. The batching quality will directly influence the output and quality of cement. The introduction of DCS technology has greatly improved the batching quality and the output and quality of cement.
