石油化工产品销售物流系统优化研究
摘要:文章针对我国石化产业普遍存在的销售预测系统不健全、中间仓库配置不合理、调运成本高、客户服务及快速反应能力弱等问题,以中石油东北化工销售公司的物流系统优化为例,以合理预测企业销售趋势为前提,探讨更经济的干线运输、仓储布局的方案研究方法和步骤。以求实现为分散的客户提供多样化的产品和相关服务、全面提升企业物流系统、扩大企业的第三利润源泉提供合理可行的物流系统优化建议。

Abstract: This paper aimed at attaining a method and procedure of achieve an optimized logistics system, which solves such problems as ubiquity of market forecasting system, inappropriate deployment of warehouses, high cost of allocation and transportation and deficiency of quick-reaction capability. Based on reasonable forecast of the trend of sale, this paper attempts to reach the economized trunk line transportation and warehouse deployment. To present the way of optimizing logistics system and finally expand the third profit source, this paper takes petrochina northeastern chemicals marking company as illustration.

我国的石化产业'以产定销“的传统生产经营机制,采用契约式管理,物流链较长,在不确定因素日益增多的市场环境下,销售企业的调运效率无法满足市场变化的需求。而石油化工产品都属于高价值产品,价格波动频繁,幅度较大,市场风险也比较大,这就要求在生产企业产出的产品化验合格后尽快地运抵市场,以规避因价格波动而带来的风险。市场经济的竞争机制迫使企业适应'以需定产“的生产经营模式,缩短石化产品库存周期,降低销售成本中的物流成本比例,也使得重建与优化石油化工产品销售的物流配送体系成为企业创造效益的重要环节。
