中药结合甲状腺素片预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的效果

[摘要]目的 研究中药结合甲状腺素片预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月～2016年3月收治的90例结节性甲状腺肿患者作为研究对象，按照电脑随机分组法分为对照组（45例）与观察组（45例）。对照组采用甲状腺素片治疗，观察组采用甲状腺素片+中药治疗。比较两组的复发情况、治疗效果。结果 观察组患者半年内的复发率为6.67%，明显低于对照组的24.44%（P<0.05），临床总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的75.56%（P<0.05）。 结论 中药结合甲状腺素片能较好地预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发。
