植物微生态制剂发酵工艺及其质量控制
摘要植物微生态制剂作为防治设施蔬菜连做障碍的一种有效手段,以效益高、作用广泛、无残留污染等特点而受到世界各国广泛的重视,成为当前研究与开发的热点。然而由于目前我国发酵工艺水平落后,市场监管制度不健全,导致我国植物微生态制剂产业的发展受到限制。该文从植物微生态制剂发酵工艺和产品质量控制出发,简述了现阶段我国植物微生态制剂工业的现状、存在的问题和对策。

AbstractAs a method of effectively controlling continuous cropping obstacles of protected vegetable,the vegetable microecological preparation with the characters of wide effect,low cost,little residual contamination and so on,widely concerned by the world,it has become a hot spot in research and development. But Because of the backward in fermentation process level and the imperfections in market supervision system nowadays,the development industry about vegetable microecologicalpreparation has been limited.In view of the fermentation technology and the production quality control of producing vegetable microecological preparation,the present situation,existing problems and coutermeasures about the industry of vegetable microealogy preparation at present in China were expounded.
