超短波肺部照射对小儿肺炎恢复期影响的效果分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨超短波肺部照射对小儿肺炎恢复期的影响。方法 120例小儿肺炎恢复期患儿， 由计算机随机分为对照组和观察组， 各60例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗方法治疗， 使用抗感染、止咳化痰、平喘等药物， 并给予患儿光穴位照射疗法；观察组患儿则在常规治疗的基础上给予超短波肺部照射进行治疗。对比两组患儿治疗总有效率， 并分析讨论。结果 观察组和对照组患儿在经过不同方法治疗后， 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率95.00%优于对照组80.00%， 两组比较， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 常规治疗配合超短波肺部照射的治疗方法在小儿肺炎恢复期患儿的治疗过程中， 不仅治疗效果良好， 而且操作简单， 值得在临床中推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate influence by ultrashort wave pulmonary irradiation on convalescence of pediatric pneumonia. Methods A total of 120 children in convalescence of pediatric pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy， such as drugs for anti-infection， relieving cough and reducing sputum， and preventing asthma， along with laser acupoint irradiation treatment. The observation group received additional ultrashort wave pulmonary irradiation for treatment. Total effective rates of the two groups were compared for analysis and discussion. Results After receiving different treatment measures， the observation group had better total effective rate as 95.00% than 80.00% of the control group.
