提高资源产出率是建设生态文明的重要途径
[摘 要]提高资源产出率是绿色转型突破口，是与国际接轨的重大战略问题。大幅度地提高资源产出率，有利于缩小中国与发达国家在单位能源、资源产出率方面的差距。从提高资源产出率来深入推进循环经济，可以把保护环境、扩大就业、提高经济效益、增加群众收入几个方面都带动起来，可以促进产业结构调整优化提升，促进发展方式转变，促进节能省地减排，有利于实现全面协调可持续发展的基本要求。提高资源产出率不是一项单项工作，而是牵动各行各业、各个方面的牛鼻子工程，是一根指挥棒，可以引领和指挥各行各业、各个方面朝着提高资源产出率这个方向去努力、去攻坚。
