我院男性患者淋球菌感染及耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨本院男性患者淋球菌感染情况及耐药性分析。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12本院收治的淋球菌感染患者，共计198例。所有患者均为成年男性，对上述患者采用无菌方式进行标本采集，同时进行病菌培养，观察检验情况。医护人员对淋球菌感染患者进行问卷调查，内容包括学历、年龄、职业等，分析相关因素。结果：淋球菌对青霉素等耐药性在90%以上，说明淋球菌已对青霉素产生高度耐药性。对头孢曲松耐药性较低，在临床用药过程中可将其作为最后药物使用选择以指导用药。娱乐业为感染高发行业、主要感染年龄段为25～35岁，而对学历调查发现，本组参与者未有显著差异，可能与人群特异性以及选择对象有关。结论：临床针对淋球菌感染患者进行药物治疗时，应根据患者病原菌培养情况选择合适药物，并且尽可能使用窄谱抗生素，避免耐药性进一步增强。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the situation and drug resistance of gonococcal infection in male patients in our hospital. Method：From January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital patients with gonococcal infection，a total of 198 cases.All patients were adult males，for these patients using a sterile manner specimen collection，cultivation of bacteria at the same time observe the test conditions.Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection medical questionnaire，including education，age，occupation and other related factors.Result：Neisseria gonorrhoeae resistant to penicillin and other more than 90%，indicating that Neisseria gonorrhoeae had produced highly resistant to penicillin.For lower ceftriaxone resistance，which could be selected using the clinical course of medication as a last resort to medication guide therapy.Entertainment industry for the high incidence of infection，primary infection age group betwe...
