中医及土家医学结合治疗120例慢性胃炎临床分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨中医及土家医学结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2009年1月-2014年7月就诊的慢性胃炎的120例患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组60例和对照组60例，观察组采用中医及土家医学结合辨证治疗，对照组采用西医疗法。比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为98.3%，对照组总有效率为91.7%，观察组的疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中医及土家医学结合辨证治疗的疗效较好，值得在临床当中推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of combine traditional Chinese and Tujia medicine treatment of chronic gastritis. Method： 120 patients with chronic gastritis were selected from January 2009 to July 2014， and randomly divided into control group and treatment group， 60 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with western medicine， and Control group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 98.3%，and that of control group was 91.7%.The total effective rate of observation group was evidently higher than that of control group ，which had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of integrative medicine has a good therapeutic effect on bile reflux gastritis， with low recurrence rate， can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
