新零售背景下高职连锁经营管理人才培养模式探索
【摘 要】本文以高职院校连锁经营管理人才培养背景为切入点，结合新零售的时代背景，分析了当前存在的问题，重点阐述了实施矩阵式模块化课程体系结构、优化教师团队、创新实践教学和完善课堂教学模式等应对措施。新零售背景下，高职连锁专业的人才培养方案愈发不能紧跟时代，所培养的人才与社会需求脱节严重，通过整合课程、师资、实训平台，形成以学生为主体、以市场为导向、理论教育与实践教育深度融合的创新性人才培养模式。

【Abstract】This paper takes the background of chain management talents training in higher vocational colleges as the starting point，and analyzes the existing problems in combination with the background of new retailing.It focuses on the implementation of matrix modular curriculum architecture，optimizing teacher team，innovative practice teaching and Improve the classroom teaching model and other countermeasures.Under the new retail background，the talent training program of the professional chain of higher vocational education can"t keep up with the times.The talents and social needs of the students are out of touch.Through the integration of courses，teachers and training platforms，students are the mainstay and market-oriented.Innovative talent training mode with deep integration of theoretical education and practical education.
