急性百草枯中毒的不同血液净化方式分析

摘要：目的 对不同血液净化方式在急性百草枯中毒中的应用效果进行对比。方法 随机选取我院在2012年9月～2013年9月治疗的36例急性百草枯中毒患者，并将其平均分成两组，每组18例，分别为HP组和HP+CRR组，对其临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 HP组和HP+CRRT组患者的抢救成功临床分别为27.78%、44.44%，其差异明显，二者比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后临床各项指标检测，均优于治疗前，但其差异不显著，二者比较不具备统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在急性百草枯中毒患者中实施HP+CRRT治疗方式，其临床疗效更为显著，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective Different blood purification in acute paraquat poisoning the application results were compared. Methods Randomly selected hospital in September 2012 September 2013 treated 36 cases of acute paraquat poisoning patients， and were divided into two groups of 18 cases， respectively， for the HP group and HP + CRR group to The clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results HP group and HP + CRRT group of patients with clinically successful treatment were 27.78%， 44.44%， the difference was significant， both statistically significant comparison （P <0.05）； After treatment， clinical testing of the indicators， are better than before treatment， but the difference was not significant， the two do not have statistical significance compared （P> 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with acute paraquat poisoning implement HP + CRRT treatment， its clinical efficacy is more significant， is worth promoting.
