临床药师培训学员的药学知识培养
[摘要] 目的 对如何培养临床药师学员的药学知识进行探讨。 方法 通过分析药学知识水平对临床药师开展工作的影响以及临床药师培训中学员药学知识的积累途径，探讨如何培养和巩固学员的药学知识。 结果 药学知识在临床药学工作中具有非常重要的地位。 结论 临床药师培训机构可以通过带教临床药师的指导、鼓励学员的自学及在临床实践中有目的的引导来培养培训学员的药学知识。

[Abstract] Objective To explore how to cultivate the pharmacological knowledge of the clinical pharmacist trainees. Methods By analyzing the level of pharmacy knowledge on the impact of clinical pharmacists to carry out the work as well as participants in the training of clinical pharmacists pharmacy knowledge accumulated way. Results The pharmacy has a very important role of knowledge in clinical pharmacy. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist training institutions can cultivate the trainee pharmacy knowledge by guiding of the clinical pharmacists， encouraging trainees self”study and practicing in clinical with a purpose.

为适应医疗机构开展临床药学工作、逐步建立临床药师制的需要，推动与规范临床药学人才培养工作，卫生部于2005年年底发出了《关于开展临床药师培训试点工作的通知》（卫办科教发[2005]257号），决定开展临床药师培训试点工作。截止2011年底，卫生部先后批准了93家医院建立了临床药师培训基地，截止2010年2月，取得师资培训证书的带教临床药师有103名，截止2009年度基地医院结业学员630名。卫生部临床药师培训工作的定位是在职岗位培训，培训模式以临床药学实践为主，理论教学为辅，注重用药能力的培...
