从少阳论治心病
〔摘要〕 少阳之经脉与心相连络，少阳之脏腑胆、三焦与心脏生理功能密切相关;'少阳为枢“与心病相联系，《伤寒论》少阳病也多有涉及心系病证，可见少阳与心关系密切，从少阳论治心病有其深厚的理论基础。在临床应用上探析了运用和解定悸，化痰活血的柴胡三参汤治疗心律失常;运用宣上、畅中、渗下，三焦同治的三仁汤加减化裁治疗慢性心力衰竭以及运用和解少阳枢机之小柴胡汤加减治疗心脏神经官能症。倡导在诊治中医心系疾病时从少阳论治，和解少阳，转运枢机，从而达到邪去正安的目的，有利于为临床治疗心系疾病提供丰富的理论依据，拓展中医临床对心系疾病辨证论治的思路。

〔Abstract〕 The meridians of Shaoyang are connected with the heart， and the viscera， gallbladder and Sanjiao of Shaoyang are closely related to the physiological functions of the heart. "Shaoyang is the pivot" is related to heart disease. Treatise on Febrile Diseases is also related to the syndrome of heart diseases. It can be seen that Shaoyang is closely related with the heart disease. Treating the heart disease from Shaoyang has deep theatrical basis. In the clinical application， the treatment of arrhythmia by using Chaihu Sanshen decoction for stoping palpitations， resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation was analyzed. Modified Saen Decoction for ventilating the upper， soothing the middle， promoting diuresis， and treating both Sanjiao was used to treat chronic heart failure. Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction for harmonizing Shaoyang was used to treat cardiac neurosis. It is proposed to treat from Shaoyang， harmonize Shaoyang and transform and transport pivot when diagnosing and treating traditional Chinese medicine heart diseases， so as to achieve the purpose of patho...
