影响电磁炉能效因素的研究
摘 要：随着科技的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，電能的应用越来越广泛。随着人们环保意识的提升，使用电能代替传统的液化气、天然气成为家庭厨房电器的发展趋势。而作为传统灶具替代品的电磁炉成为人们的最佳选择。但是，为了能产生和燃气相同的热量，电磁炉通常功率较大，电能消耗也非常明显，而如何在保证电磁炉产生热量的同时减小能源消耗成为相关人员研究的重点。本文结合实际工作经验，对影响电磁炉能效的相关因素进行研究，并提出提升电磁炉能效的研究方向。

Study on Factors Affecting Energy Efficiency of Induction Cooker

Abstract： With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people"s living standard， the application of electric energy is more and more extensive. With the improvement of people"s awareness of environmental protection， the use of electric energy instead of traditional liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas has become the development trend of household kitchen appliances. As an alternative to traditional cookers， induction cookers become the best choice for people. However， in order to produce the same heat as gas， the power of induction cooker is usually large， and the energy consumption is also very obvious. How to ensure the heat generated by induction cooker and reduce the energy consumption has become the focus of research. Combining with practical work experience， this paper studied the related factors affecting the energy efficiency of induction cooker， and put forward the research direction of improving the energy efficiency of induction cooker.
