高危型人乳头状瘤病毒持续感染的影响因素研究

[摘要] 目的 研究高危型人乳头状瘤病毒（HR-HPV）持续感染的相关影响因素。 方法 选取2012年8月～2014年8月在我院进行治疗的子宫颈癌患者80例，收集患者年龄、孕育次数、生殖器感染史、流产次数、吸烟情况等一般资料，对患者进行封闭式问卷调查、HPV检测、HPV-DNA含量测试，并对收集到的数据进行统计学分析和单因素分析。 结果 人乳头状瘤病毒持续感染与患者吸烟、流产次数、性生活年限、性伴侣数、避孕药的使用等因素有关。结论 在本实验中得出了近10项与患者人乳头状瘤病毒持续感染相关的因素，为HR-HPV感染患者提供了预防的有力依据。

Influencing factors of high-risk human papilloma virus persistent infection

[Abstract] Objective To study high-risk human papilloma virus （HR-HPV） persistent infection related factors. Methods Select 80 cases of cervical cancer from August 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital for treatment， collect the patients’ age， birth number， general information on the history of genital infection， the number of abortions， smoking， etc.， enclosed questionnaire patients were given HPV detection， HPV-DNA content test， and the data collected were given statistical analysis and univariate analysis. Results Human papilloma virus infection was related to persistent smoked， the number of abortions， sexual life， number of sexual partners， contraceptive used and other factors. Conclusion In this experiment， nearly ten factors were associated with persistent infection of HPV， for HR-HPV-infect patients providing a strong basis for prevention.
