物联网技术在钢铁企业中的的应用探讨

摘要： 物联网通过红外传感器等实现工业的互联，提升企业的赢利空间。文章首先分析了钢铁企业应用物联网技术的重要意义，再分析物联网系统结构，最后从钢铁生产管理、运输物流管理、能源环保和设备管理等四个方面来讨论如何应用物联网，为钢铁企业的物联网技术应用提供了理论依据。

Absrtact： the Internet of things realizes the industrial interconnection through infrared sensors and promotes the profit space of enterprises. This paper first analyzes the significance of the application of the Internet of things technology in iron and steel enterprises， and then analyzes the structure of the Internet of things system. Finally， it discusses how to apply the Internet of things from four aspects： iron and steel production management， transportation logistics management， energy protection and equipment management. It provides a theoretical basis for the application of Internet of things technology in iron and steel enterprises.

物聯网是工业互联网的一部分，是计算机、互联网和移动通信三者的结合，正深入影响到我们的各行各业。经过十多年的发展，我国的钢铁企业自动化水平得到了长足的发展，工业互联基础较好。将物联网技术应用到钢铁企业中去，可以实现钢铁企业的智能化识别、定位、跟踪、监控和管理，实现信息共享和互联互通，有效的提升了钢铁企业的产业，提升了钢铁企业管理水平，也提升了钢铁企业的竞争优势。
