生物医药产业集群发展中创新集群的建设对策
[摘要] 基于生物医药产业发展特点，分析创新集群建设在生物医药产业集群发展中的关键作用，从科技团队引入、中介组织建设、重大项目扶持、风险投资机制形成、科技成果转化路径等5个方面提出生物医药产业集群发展过程中开展创新集群的策略。

[Abstract] Based on the characteristics of the development of biomedical industry ， we can analyze the key roles of construction of innovation clusters that play in the development of industrial clusters .Therefore we can present strategies on innovation clusters during the development of biomedical industry clusters ， according to the following five aspects including the introduction of the technology team， construction of intermediary organizations， support of major projects， form of venture capital mechanism ， conversion paths of scientific and technological achievements

基于生物医药产业价值链周期长、关联度高、分工细化等特点，从国际现代生物技术和医药行业的发展趋势与成功经验分析，产业空间集群即生物医药产业园作为我国生物医药产业实现可持续发展的有效途径，能够带动生物医药技术领域的产业化，促进新型产业，拉动地方经济增长。以京、津地区、长三角地区、珠三角地区为典型的生物医药产业园区通过十几年的发展，在科研建设、产业特色及公共技术支撑力等方面均拥有较好的基础，有效促进了国内医药产业的发展和地方经济的繁荣。产业集群的演化发展规律标明，首先实现产业内处于不同产业链位置的机构空间集聚，初步形成产业链完整的产业群，其次通过高技术组织的技术、人才的溢出效应及一定区域内产业资源的链条式整合...
