面部巨大神经纤维瘤切除术后并发症及分析
[摘要]目的：探讨面部巨大神经纤维瘤切除术后手术并发症发生的相关因素及防治方法。方法：回顾性分析2006年到2011年的8例面部巨大神经纤维瘤的手术治疗。结果：8例患者，1例伤口感染，3例伤口愈合延迟，2例继发出血、血肿形成，1例皮瓣部分坏死，1例面神经损伤，术后随访时间6个月～4年，2例肿瘤复发，复发率为25%。结论：面部巨大神经纤维瘤切除术后并发症多，术中精细操作，并加强术后并发症的防治是保证患者治疗效果的关键。

The postoperative complication and analysis of huge facial neurofibromaectomy

Abstract: Objective To explore the postoperative complication-related factors and prevention methods of huge facial neurofibromaectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was done among 8 cases of huge facial neurofibromaectomy,from 2006 to 2011. Results One case of wound infection,3 cases of delayed wound healing,2 cases of secondary hemorrhage/hematoma formation,1 case of necrosis of the flap,1 case of facial nerve injury were observed perspectively.Patients were followed for 6 months to 4 years,in 2 cases (25% of 8 cases)tumor recurrent. Conclusions Huge facial neurofibromaectomy frequently caused postoperative complications,and fine intraoperative operation,strengthening treatment of postoperative complications is the key to ensuring surgical outcomes.
