围绝经期妇女心血管疾病的相关性分析
[摘要] 目的 研究围绝经期妇女雌激素水平和心血管疾病的相关性。 方法 选择2009年6月～2012年6月我院门诊收治的83例围绝经期妇女为观察组，另选取同时期于我院门诊就诊的83例绝经前期妇女为对照组。检测两组妇女体内三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC） 、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）的水平；检测围绝经期妇女血清中雌二醇（E2）水平。 结果 围绝经期妇女与绝经前期女性比较，具有更高的心率与血压、心血管疾病发病率，存在着一定程度的血脂异常，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；围绝经期妇女雌激素水平与心血管疾病之间存在线性相关（P<0.05）。 结论 围绝经期妇女雌激素水平与心血管疾病存在紧密相关。

[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation between the estrogen levels of the perimenopausal woman and the cardiovascular disease. Methods 83 perimenopausal women treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were selected as the observation group and 83 premenopausal women treated in the outpatient department of our hospital in the corresponding period were selected as the control group.The in vivo triacylglycerol （TG），total cholesterol （TC），high density lipoprotein （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein （LDL-C） levels of the two groups were detected.The serum estradiol（E2）level of perimenopausal women was detected. Results Compared with premenopausal women，perimenopausal women had higher heart rate， blood pressure and incidence of cardiovascular diseases and had certain degree of dyslipidemia，with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.The est...
