个性护理在住院精神分裂症患者心理康复中的应用效果
[摘要]目的 研究个性护理在住院精神分裂症患者心理康复中的临床效果。方法 选取2017年10月～2018年3月我院收治的130例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（65例）和研究组（65例）。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用个性护理方法；比较两组的心理康复情况和护理效果。结果 护理干预后，研究组的症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组护理前的日常生活能力比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理干预3个月后研究组的日常生活能力低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 对住院精神分裂症患者实施个性护理有利于加速患者的心理康复，提高其日常生活能力。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of personalized nursing for psychiatric rehabilitation in schizophrenic patients. Methods From October 2017 to March 2018， 130 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object， they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method， 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing methods， the study group was treated by personality nursing methods， psychological rehabilitation and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.
