舒适护理在精神分裂症患者多层螺旋,CT检查中的应用分析
摘要目的：评价精神分裂症患者进行多层螺旋CT检查过程中，予以舒适护理模式的效果，评定临床护理价值。方法：选取2017年9月至2017年12月期间泉州市第三医院收治的精神分裂症患者100例，将其作为临床分析样本，所有患者均行多层螺旋CT检查，在此基础上观察组予以舒适护理模式，另选取我院于2016年1月至2016年4月期间所收治的100例行基础护理模式的精神分裂症患者作为对照组，评定护理价值。结果：观察组中，97例患者检查流程顺利，只有3例患者因不配合检查，造成检查失败，后经过护理人员指导再次进行检查。护理后观察组PSQI评分低于对照组（P<005）。结论：将舒适护理模式应用于行CT检查的精神分裂症患者中，临床价值显著，患者在进行检查的过程中其顾虑以及恐惧有所好转，检查成功率提升，同时有效改善患者的睡眠质量。
