团队导向学习法:高校课堂从“教”到“学”的转型

摘 要:随着网络自媒体的飞速发展与信息碎片化趋势,一方面学生获取知识的途径多元化,另一方面学生难以长时间集中注意力,传统以满堂灌为特征的'教“本位的课堂,越来越难以适应时代的发展。团队导向学习法摒弃教师的控制之手,将学习的主动权归还给学生,实现课堂由'教“向'学“的转变。该方法通过提升学生的课堂参与度,引导学生自主学习、思考,体验与教师共创知识的价值,从而提高学习的积极性与阶层性,锻炼批判性思维能力、创新性思维能力、团队合作能力及沟通能力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the we-media and the fragmental tendency of information, on the one hand, students have a diversified approach to acquiring knowledge, on the other hand, it is difficult for students to concentrate for a long time. Thus, the traditional "teaching" standard classroom characterized by teaching all the time is increasingly difficult to adapt to the times. The team-based learning method abandons the control hand of the teacher and returns the initiative of learning to the students, shifting the focus from teaching to learning. This method guides students to learn, think, and experience of co-creating the value of knowledge with teachers by enhancing the students" participation in the classroom, thereby improving students" enthusiasm of learning. Consequently, such method increases students" ability of critical thinking, innovative thinking, cooperation, and communication.
