国内城市慢行交通系统现状分析及优化建议
摘要： 长期以来，国内城市的交通规划中'车本位“理念占据主导地位，对行人、自行车的关注度不高，居民整体出行环境品质恶劣。在环境污染、交通拥堵的大形势下，城市交通要树立行人优先、非机动车优先的理念，改善居民出行环境，保障出行安全，提倡绿色出行。本文在总结国内城市慢行交通系统现状的基础上，发现存在问题，借鉴国外慢行交通系统设计的成功经验，结合国内实际情况，从完善慢行交通基础设施，优化慢行交通设计，营造慢行交通舒适环境，保证安全，加强与其他交通方式的接驳，加强交通管理等方面分别提出优化建议，并应用到浙江省嘉兴市慢行交通系统的优化建设中。
Abstract： For a long time， the "car based" concept has occupied the leading position in the city"s transportation planning， and the pedestrians and the bicycles have been paid low attention， so the overall quality of traveling environment is poor. In the big situation of environmental pollution， traffic congestion ， urban traffic should establish a concept of pedestrian priority and non-motor vehicle priority， improving the residents travel environment， ensuring travel safety， and advocating green travel. On the basis of summing up the present situation about domestic urban slow traffic system， this paper is to find out the existing problems， learns from the successful experience of foreign slow traffic system design， combines with the actual situation in China， and puts forward suggestions from these aspects such as improving the slow traffic infrastructure， optimizing slow traffic design， and creating a comfortable slow traffic environment， safe， strengthening the connection with other modes of transport， and strengthening traffic management， which have been applied to the optimization construction of slow traffic system in Jiaxing， Zhejiang Province.
