检测纤维蛋白原和D—二聚体对老年人下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓的临床意义
[摘要]目的 探讨纤维蛋白原（FIB）和D-二聚体（D-D）检测对老年人下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓（DVT）的临床意义。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年3月在我院诊断治疗的下肢骨折手术的老年患者中随机抽取60例，将之分为观察组，抽取同期健康体检者60例分为对照组，比较两组FIB和D-D水平，同时根据彩超结果将观察组患者分为DVT组8例和非DVT组52例，同样比较两组FIB和D-D的水平。结果 观察组患者术前FIB和D-D水平均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；DVT组与非DVT组术前FIB和D-D水平的比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），而术后DVT组各指标水平显著高于非DVT组（P<0.05）。结论 FIB和D-D是检测老年人下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓的敏感指标，对预防及治疗老年人下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓的形成意义重大。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical significance of fibrinogen （FIB） and D-dimer （D-D） in the detection of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture in elderly patients.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients who received lower limb fracture surgery in our hospital from March，2016 to March，2017 were randomly divided into the observation group，other 60 cases of healthy subjects were divided into the control group.Then，the levels of FIB and D-D were compared between the two groups，and the patients in the observation group were divided into DVT group of 8 cases and non DVT group of 52 cases according to color Doppler ultrasound results in the same time.And the levels of FIB and D-D were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FIB and D-D in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in FIB and D-D levels between DVT group and non - DVT group before operation（P<0.05），while the...
