手法复位小夹板外固定治疗中老年Colles骨折疗效观察

【摘要】 目的：探析手法复位小夹板外固定治疗中老年Colles骨折的临床疗效。 方法：入选我院2013年5月-2014年5月收治的中老年Colles骨折患者100例，按照入院先后顺序分为两组各50例，观察组采用手法复位小夹板外固定治疗，对照组采用锁定加压钢板螺丝钉内固定（LCP）治疗，比较两组临床疗效。 结果：观察组治疗优良率92.0%（46/50）与对照组94.0%（47/50）相当，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组患者术后掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨相对高度均显著提高，但观察组和对照组之间差异均不具有统计学意义（均P>0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率8.0%（4/50）与对照组6.0%（3/50）相当，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论： 传统的手法复位小夹板外固定治疗中老年Colles骨折疗效确切，解剖学指标恢复较好，不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of manipulative reduction combined small splint external fixation for treatment of Colles fracture of the middle and old aged. Method： 100 middle and old aged patients with Colles fracture were chosen and according to admission order they were divided into 2 groups each with 50 cases. Observation group was treated with manipulative reduction combined small splint external fixation while control group was treated with locking compression plate screw internal fixation （LCP）. Clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.
