综合干预降低高压氧治疗中耳气压伤发生率
【摘要】 目的 观察综合干预措施能否有效降低高压氧治疗过程中耳气压伤的发生率。方法 296例首次进行高压氧治疗的患者， 随机分为综合干预组（呋麻滴鼻液+健康教育）和普通对照组， 各148例。比较两组中耳气压伤的发生率。结果 综合干预组中耳气压伤的发生率为6.76%， 低于普通对照组的14.19%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在首次进行高压氧治疗前， 应用综合干预措施能有效地降低高压氧治疗过程中的中耳气压伤的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe whether comprehensive intervention measures can reduce incidence of middle ear barotrauma in hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods A total of 296 patients receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the first time were randomly divided into comprehensive intervention group （ephedrine and furacilin nasal drops + health education） and general control group， with 148 cases in each group. Their incidences f middle ear barotrauma were compared. Results The comprehensive intervention group had lower incidence of middle ear barotraumas as 6.76% than 14.19% of the general control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive intervention measures before patients’ first hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively reduce incidence of middle ear barotraumas.
