Hcy水平与颈动脉粥样斑块稳定性的Meta分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨血同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平是否为影响颈动脉粥样斑块稳定性的危险因素。方法：计算机检索万方数据库（Wanfang data）、中国知网（CNKI）、维普数据库（VIP）、Pubmed英文数据库，收集国内外公开发表的关于同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉斑块稳定性的相关研究，发表时间截止到2018年5月31日。由2名研究者独自根据纳入与排除标准对相关文献进行筛选，并对文献进行质量评价与数据提取。所有亚组分析、发表偏倚检测及敏感性分析均采用Stata 12.0软件。结果：研究最终纳入6篇横断面研究，4篇病例对照研究。采用随机效应模型对血Hcy水平与颈动脉斑块稳定性的关系进行Meta分析，结果显示，血Hcy水平与斑块稳定性相关[OR=3.317，95%CI（2.163，5.085），P=0.013]。结论：高水平Hcy与颈动脉斑块稳定性密切相关，提示高Hcy可能为颈动脉不稳定斑块发生的危险因素，在临床实践中具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate whether the level of blood homocysteine（Hcy）is a risk factor for the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Method：Wanfang data，CNKI，VIP and Pubmed English database were searched by computer to collect the published studies on the relationship between homocysteine and carotid artery plaque stability at home and abroad，the publication time was up to May 31，2018.Two researchers independently screened relevant literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria，and conducted quality evaluation and data extraction for the literature.Stata 12.0 software was used for all subgroup analyses，publication bias detection，and sensitivity analysis.Result：Six cross-sectional studies and four cases control studies satisfied the eligibility criteria.The relationship between the level of blood Hcy and the stability of carotid artery plaques wa...
