高压氧联合亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床研究
【摘要】 目的：探究高压氧联合亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法：选择2008-2011年因重型颅脑损伤入院治疗的患者137例为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组62例与观察组75例，对照组给予亚低温治疗，观察组在此基础上给予高压氧治疗，比较两组的远期疗效、住院时间和住院费用。结果：观察组治疗良好率、治疗后的GCS评分显著高于对照组，观察组死亡率则显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：高压氧联合亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤临床效果确切，能促进患者的康复，改善预后，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygenation and the low temperature therapy in treating severe craniocerebral injury.Method：From 2008 to 2011，137 cases with severe craniocerebral injury patients were selected as the research object，according to the different methods of treatment were divided into the control group 62 cases and the observation group 75 cases，the control group given the low temperature treatment，the observation group given hyperbaric oxygen treatment based on the control group， two groups of the long-term curative effect，the length of time and hospitalization costs were compared.Result：The GCS score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，but the mortality rate was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygenation and the low temperature on severe craniocerebral injury can promote the recovery of patients，improve prognosis，and deserve clinical promotion.
