2型糖尿病老年患者肱骨近端骨折的手术治疗影响分析
[摘要] 目的 探析对老年肱骨近端骨折合并2型糖尿病患者的手术治疗效果及影响。方法 选取该院近3年收治的老年肱骨近端骨折患者60例，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。其中对照组为肱骨近端骨折老年患者无合并2型糖尿病症状，观察组则为老年肱骨近端骨折患者合并2型糖尿病症状。对两组患者进行肱骨恢复手术治疗，并对其术后相关指标及预后恢复情况进行对比。结果 对照组术后拆线时间及住院时间均优于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），对照组患者Constant评分显著优于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），对照组患者手术前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均变化幅度均低于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 针对老年2型糖尿病合并肱骨近端骨折患者进行手术治疗的同时，需详细评估其术前疗效，选择合理的治疗方案，以提高其术后恢复效率及生活质量。
