肛周脓肿的诊治进展
[摘要] 肛周脓肿为肛肠外科常见病，发病率高，以手术治疗为主，但术后脓肿复发、肛瘘形成等发生率高，极大地影响患者的生活质量。术后常规使用抗菌药促进康复、预防并发症，但各研究报道的疗效参差不齐，目前国内外肛周脓肿术后使用抗菌药未达成共识。再加上抗菌药物的抗感染治疗逐渐失效，关于肛周脓肿手术治疗后中医药应用的研究近年来层出不穷。本文将近5年来肛周脓肿的诊治进展归纳总结。

[Abstract] Perianal abscess is a common disease in anorectal surgery， with a high incidence rate. It is mainly treated with surgery， but the incidence of postoperative abscess recurrence and anal fistula formation is high， which greatly affects the quality of life of patients. Postoperative routine use of antibacterial drugs to promote rehabilitation and prevent complications， but the efficacy reported in various studies is uneven， and there is no consensus on the use of antibacterial drugs after perianal abscess operative at home and abroad. As anti-infective treatment of antibacterial drugs has gradually failed， research on the application of traditional Chinese medicine after surgical treatment of perianal abscess has emerged in recent years. This article summarizes the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of perianal abscess in the past 5 years.
