基于钻石模型的中国主要葡萄酒产区比较研究
摘要 随着葡萄酒产业的加速发展，葡萄酒产区产业集群的建设显得尤为重要。运用改进的波特钻石模型对昌黎、宁夏、烟台3个中国主要葡萄酒产区进行比较研究，从外部因素和内部因素的各方面分析出各产区的优势与劣势并提出相应的发展建议，将对中国葡萄酒产区产业的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract During the rapid development of wine industry，the construction of wine industry cluster becomes particularly important.Comparative researches on three major wine region in China of Changli，Ningxia and Yantai were carried on by using the improved Porter′s diamond model，the advantages and disadvantages of each region were analyzed from the external factors and internal factors of various aspects，corresponding development suggestions were also put forward，and it would be of great significance to the development of wine industry in China.

1 研究背景和现状
经过近几年的市场培育和文化推广，葡萄酒越来越被中国消费者所接受，国内市场对葡萄酒的消费总量也在逐步提升。国际葡萄酒及烈酒商贸展VINEXPO在北京公布的最新年度分析报告中预计2012”2016年中国的葡萄酒消耗量将进一步增长39.62%，增量达到7 153万箱，相当于8.58亿瓶。根据中国酿酒产业'十二五“规划，预计到2015年葡萄酒产量达到22亿L，比'十一五“末增长100%，年均递增15%。
