36例婴幼儿巨细胞病毒肺炎临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨分析婴幼儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)肺炎的临床特点和诊治方法。方法 36例感染巨细胞病毒的患儿随机数字表法分成两组, 治疗组18例在常规治疗基础上采用更昔洛韦和丙种球蛋白治疗, 对照组仅采用更昔洛韦治疗, 对比其临床疗效。结果 所有患儿临床主要表现为咳嗽、咳痰、发热, 部分有气喘、腹泻、口吐泡沫等情况出现, 经检测, 血清CMV-IgM抗体和CMV-DNA检查均阳性32例；合并肺炎支原体感染5例；伴心肌损害14例。治疗后, 治疗组总有效率为100.00%, 对照组总有效率为94.44%, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结合多种实验室诊断方法可提高CMV肺炎的诊断, 做到尽早治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical feature and treatment Methods of cytomegalovirus pneumonia in infants. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 36 cases of infants with cytomegalovirus pneumonia. They were divided into two groups based on random number table method. The treatment group used ganciclovir and gamma globulin. The control group used ganciclovir only, and then compared their clinical effect. Results The main clinical manifestations were cough, sputum, fever, some had asthma, diarrhea, vomit foam, after testing, serum CMV-IgM antibodies and CMV-DNA were positive for 32 cases; 5 cases with combined mycoplasma pneumoniae infection; 14 cases with myocardial damages. After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, control group was 94.44%, difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined with various laboratory diagnostic methods can improve the diagnosis of CMV pneumonia.
