氨磺必利和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性研究

【摘 要】目的：探讨氨磺必利和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的应用效果。方法：选取2017年2月-2019年2月我院82例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，按照治疗方案不同均分为两组，对照组选用利培酮，观察组选用氨磺必利，比较两组治疗情况。结果：两组治疗效果和不良反应发生率差异不大，观察组在阴性症状和精神病理方面改善效果更佳。结论：氨磺必利和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性差异不大，氨磺必利对阳性症状和抑郁症状改善程度更好，值得应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. METHODS： Eighty-two patients with schizophrenia from February 2017 to February 2019 were eolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan. The control group was treated with risperidone， and the observation group was treated with amisulpride. The treatment status of the two groups. RESULTS： There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions. The observation group improved the negative symptoms and psychopathology. Conclusion： Amisulpride and risperidone have little difference in efficacy and safety in the treatment of schizophrenia. Amisulpride has a better improvement on positive symptoms and depressive symptoms and is worthy of application.
