间歇性气压治疗在全髋关节置换术后早期康复中的作用
[摘要] 目的 探讨间歇性气压治疗对全髋关节置换患者术后早期康复的促进作用。方法 方便选取佛山市中医院在2016年7月”2017年7月收治的136例全髋关节置换术患者随机分为两组（各68例），对照组术后进行常规的早期康复治疗，观察组增加间歇性气压治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的下肢周径、深静脉血栓形成情况、疼痛程度等。结果观察组术后第3天的VAS评分为（3.70±0.80）分，显著低于对照组的（5.77±0.71）分（P<0.05）。观察组的DVT发生率为2.94%，显著低于对照组的11.76%（P<0.05）。 结论 全髋关节置换术后早期进行间歇性气压治疗，能够有效减轻患肢的疼痛程度，预防下肢深静脉血栓形成，加快康复进程。

The Role of Intermittent Pneumatic Therapy in Early Rehabilitation after Total Hip Arthroplasty

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of intermittent pneumatic therapy on early postoperative rehabilitation in patients with total hip arthroplasty. Methods 136 cases of total hip arthroplasty in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups （each of 68 cases）. The control group received conventional early rehabilitation after operation， and the observation group increased intermittent barotrauma treatment， comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of lower limb circumference， deep venous thrombosis， pain and so on.
