儿童精神分裂症的家庭动力学特征与母亲养育方式影响观察

【摘 要】 目的：探析兒童精神分裂症的家庭动力学特征与母亲养育方式的关系。方法：选取50例精神分裂症患儿为观察组，50例正常儿童为对照组，比较两组系统家庭动力学自评量表（SSFD）评分与父母养育方式评价量表（EMBU）评分。结果：观察组SSFD中的家庭气氛与系统逻辑评分高于对照组，P<0.05; 观察组EMBU中的M5因子评分高于对照组，P<0.05;观察组EMBU中的M5因子评分高于对照组，P<0.05;结论：精神分裂症患儿与正常儿童在养育方式和家庭动力学特征有明显差异，母亲情感温暖和理解低、保护过度，与不良的家庭动力学特征休戚相关。

Abstract Objective： To explore the relationship between family dynamics of schizophrenia in children and parenting styles of mothers. Methods： 50 children with schizophrenia were selected as the observation group and 50 normal children as the control group. The scores of SSFD and EMBU were compared between the two groups. Results： The scores of family atmosphere and system logic in SSFD in observation group were higher than those in control group， P < 0.05; the scores of M5 factor in EMBU in observation group were higher than those in control group， P < 0.05; the scores of M5 factor in EMBU in observation group were higher than those in control group， P < 0.05; Conclusion： There were significant differences in parenting style and family dynamics between schizophrenic children and normal children， and mothers had lower emotional warmth and understanding and protection. Excessive family dynamics is closely related to poor family dynamics.
