妇科围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究
【摘要】目的探讨妇科围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防、诊断和治疗。方法随机选择2008年8月~2010年3月在招远市人民医院住院手术治疗的患者60例，分成两组。实验组患者术前给予补液、穿弹力袜或应用弹力绷带、近期未应用激素类药物，术后不用止血药且术后24 h应用小剂量肝素3~5 d对照组无任何限制条件，按照常规手术，术后应用止血药且术后24 h不加用小剂量肝素。结果实验组术后无1例发生血栓形成，对照组发生4例，两组差异有显著性（P＜005）,4例患者均通过保守治疗治愈。结论下肢深静脉血栓形成可以通过上述措施得到预防，形成后可以早期诊断和治疗。【关键词】下肢深静脉血栓形成补液弹力袜或弹力绷带肝素预防

The Peoples Hospital of Zhaoyuan,Zhaoyuan 265400, China【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of DVT in lower extremity during peri-operation period of gynecologic surgery.MethodsFrom Aug.2008 to Mar.2010, sixty-two inpatients in Peoples Hospital of Zhaoyuan were selected randomly and divided into treatment group and control group. Before the operation, the treatment group were treated with fluid replacement, anti-embolism stocking or elastic bandages and not given hormone kind medicaments; after the opration, they were not given hemostatic drugs but small dose heparin within 24 hours after surgery for 3-5 days. The control group underwent routine treatment for the operation, they were treated with hemostatic drugs instead of small dose heparin within 24 hours after surgery.ResultsThe incidence of DVT in treatment group was nil; But in the control group，4 cases had DVT, who recovered later with conservative treatment.
