低碳经济与中国对外贸易发展
摘 要：改革开放30多年来，以比较优势为基础的出口导向型对外贸易发展模式将我国塑造成为世界贸易发展史上的一个传奇，但是随着近年来低碳经济潮流的兴起，这种发展模式所体现出来的高能耗、高污染、低附加值特征越来越显现出它的落后性，我国对外贸易发展面临空前的挑战。转变现有的粗放型对外贸易发展模式势在必行，但是必须充分考虑到我国的现实国情，审慎对待转变过程中可能遇到的矛盾和问题，平衡好外贸发展模式转变与对外贸易稳步发展之间的关系。

Low-carbon Economy and China’s Foreign Trade Development

Abstract：Since our reform and opening-up more than 30 years ago, China has been bloomed into a legend in the world trade development history through carrying out the export-oriented foreign trade development mode, which is based on comparative advantage. But in recent years, with the spring up of low-carbon economy trend, the characteristics of high energy consumption, severe pollution and low added value, increasingly show the out of date end of the mode, and the unparalleled challenges faced by China in foreign trade development. It is imperative to change the extensive foreign trade development mode, but also give the actual national situation a thorough consideration, treat the contradictions and problems seriously, and balance the relationship between the foreign trade development mode transition and the steady foreign trade development.
