医学成人高等教育护理学专升本早临床教学模式探析
摘要：我国近年来社会各阶层都进入了深入改革的阶段，其中医疗制度以及招生数量方面的变化对临床以及教育方面产生深刻影响，摸索期间医学的高等教育在质量方面不能取得突出的成绩，传统教学模式已经难以适应当前医疗制度环境以及对人才的需求，对教学模式的改革正迫在眉睫。笔者以理论角度对'早临床“概念进行阐述，对于当前医学成人高等教育护理学专升本用'早临床“教学模式提供参考意见。我国当前医学教育存在的矛盾正在逐渐发生变化，从以往人才不足变为培养质量问题。随着招生数量增加以及医疗改革的深入，常规医学成人高等教育无论从模式还是质量方面都已经不合时宜，也是学习型社会建设的重要组成部分，探索新的教学模式有重要意义。

Abstract： In China in recent years， all sectors of society have entered the stage of reform， the medical system and the change of the number of eollment has a profound impact on the clinical and education， higher education during the period of medicine can not find outstanding achievements in terms of quality， the traditional teaching mode has been difficult to adapt to the current environment and the demand for medical care system talents， reform of the teaching mode is imminent. The author expounds the concept of "early clinical" from a theoretical point of view， and provides reference for the "early clinical" teaching model of current higher nursing education for medical adult higher education.
