不同采烤方式对上部烟叶质量及效益的影响

  摘 要:针对安康烟区上部烟叶组织结构特点,对上部烟叶一次带茎采烤方式比较研究,结果表明:上部烟叶带茎一次采烤与不带茎采烤方式相比,上中等烟比例极显著提高18.94%,均价极显著提高18.19%,原烟外观质量明显改善,橘黄烟比例明显增加,结构更加疏松,油分增多,色度增强,但用工、用煤、用电等总成本显著增加,每千克干烟增加1.14元。

  Effects of Different Curing and Baking Method on the Quality and Benefits of Upper Tobacco Leaves

  Abstract: According to the tissue structure characteristics of upper leaves in Ankang tobacco area, the curing and baking with stalk method of upper leaves was compared in this study. The results showed that: the curing and baking with stalk method compared with that of non stalk method, the proportion of superior middle tobacco significantly increased 18.94%, average price significantly increased 18.19%, appearance quality of raw tobacco was obviously improved, the proportion of orange smoke increased obviously, structure more loosed, oil increased, color enhanced, but the cost of labor, coal and electricity increased significantly, with a range of 1.14 yuan/kg.

  上部烟叶主要包括上二棚烟叶和顶叶,共6~7片叶,占整株烟叶叶片数的近1/3,占整株总产量的30%~45%,对烤烟总体质量和产量都具有很大的影响[1]。上部烟叶烘烤质量不理想一直是个难以解决的问题,主要表现在烤后烟叶组织不够疏松,叶片僵硬,杂色和挂灰烟叶多[2];究其原因主要是由于田间上部烟叶生长发育状况不良,成熟度不到位,顶部叶开片不好,叶片不舒展,组织结构紧密、烘烤工艺不配套等原因造成的。上...
