金银花抗感染作用研究进展
[摘要] 金银花作为经典的具有清热解毒、宣散风热功效类中药，被广泛应用到多种中药复方制剂和中西药制剂中，用于痈肿疔疮、喉痹、丹毒、热毒血痢、风热感冒、温病发热等证的治疗，而目前有关金银花抗感染作用的相关研究结论缺乏系统性和可比性。本文通过查阅近年来国内外金银花药理作用相关文献，对金银花的抗感染作用进行系统综述，以明确金银花抗感染作用及其主要机制，对深入发掘其抗感染功效，遏制日益严重的病原微生物耐药问题具有重要意义。

[Abstract] As a classic Chinese medicine with heat-clearing and detoxifying effects， honeysuckle is widely used in a variety of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and Chinese and western medicine preparations for carbuncles， sore throat， erysipelas， heat and blood stasis， cold and fever. The current research conclusions about the anti-infective effects of honeysuckle are not systematic and comparable. In this paper， we reviewed the related literatures on the pharmacological effects of honeysuckle in recent years， and systematically reviewed the anti-infective effects of honeysuckle to clarify the anti-infective effect of honeysuckle and its main mechanism， which is of great significance in exploring the anti-infective effect of honeysuckle and curbing the growing problem of pathogenic microbial resistance.
