人才培养模式的探索与实践
摘 要 2015年12月我院获批省级示范项目建设立项单位，探索创新人才培养模式，是进一步深化改革的必然选择。省级示范项目建设之一的学前教育专业建设，首当其冲的建设内容就是人才培养模式改革，根据学前教育专业发展、幼教行业实际需求、百年师范教育传承，创新提出了'校园融合、知行并进“的人才培养模式构建理念。本文以渭南职业技术学院学前教育专业为例，从培养模式改革、课程体系构建、实训基地建设、教学方法创新、考核方式改革、校园合作等方面完整总结高职学前教育专业人才培养模式探索与实践做法，有一定的示范借鉴意义。

Abstract In December 2015， our college approved the establishment of provincial demonstration projects， exploring innovative talents training mode is the inevitable choice for further deepening reform. The construction of preschool education in the construction of a provincial demonstration project is the first of the construction content， which is the reform of talent training mode.
