幼儿教育中家园合作的困境及出路
摘 要 家园合作是一种双向互动活动，幼儿园和家庭双方同心共育，促进幼儿的发展。近年来，家园合作的重要性日益凸显，已成为现代幼儿教育的发展趋势之一。如何做好幼儿教育中的家园合作是当前幼儿教育关注的焦点。本文在分析幼儿教育中家园合作的困境的基础上，探讨了幼儿教育中家园合作的出路，以期为幼儿教育提供参考。

Abstract Home-kindergarten cooperation is a two-way interactive activity. Kindergartens and families work together to promote the development of young children. In recent years， the importance of home cooperation has become increasingly prominent， and it has become one of the development trends of modern early childhood education. How to do a good job in home-kindergarten cooperation in early childhood education is the focus of current early childhood education. Based on the analysis of the predicament of home-kindergarten cooperation in early childhood education， this paper explores the way out of home-based cooperation in early childhood education， with a view to providing reference for early childhood education.

0 前言
近年來，家园合作理念在幼儿教育中的应用越来越广泛。所谓家园合作，需要家庭支持幼儿园的工作，配合幼儿教育活动的开展，也需要幼儿园了解幼儿的家庭情况，结合幼儿的家庭特点，有针对性地开展教育，教育原则应以家庭和幼儿园平等、尊重、合作为原则，双方携手为幼儿成长开展教育，帮助幼儿身心健康发展。在家园合作过程中，无论是家庭还是幼儿园，都应重视合作的重要性，加强交流与合作。目前，家园合作过程中还存在一些薄弱环节，困扰着家园合作的发展。因此，探索幼儿教育中家园合作的困境及出路具有十分重要的现实意义。鉴于此...
