用“四商”模式提升大学生综合素质
摘 要 德商、智商、情商与财商构成了大学生'四商“教育模式的内容，这种模式不仅可以培养合格的社会公民，也为大学生未来的生存与发展奠定了基础。'四商“教育模式要求我们针对'四商“培养目标制定培养方案、加强'四商“育人队伍建设、加强大学生理财教育的力度和深度、努力拓展情商教育、积极开展智商教育以及强化德商教育等，这些措施为大学生综合素质及未来生存能力的提高奠定了基础

With "Four Business" Mode to Enhance the Overall Quality of College Students

Abstract Moral quality， IQ， EQ and financial companies constitute the contents of the students" "four quality" education model; this model can not only cultivate qualified citizens， but also for the future survival and development of college students of the foundation. "Four quality" education model requires us against the "four business" training objectives to develop training programs to strengthen the "four quality" education team-building， strengthening the strength and depth of financial education of college students， efforts to expand the EQ education， and actively carry out intelligence education and the strengthening of Germany provider education， etc. These measures improve overall quality of students and the future viability of the foundation.

1 '四商“的概念及其之间的辩证关系
1.1 '四商“的含义
'四商“就是德商、智商、情商与财商的统称。德商是指一个人有效地进行自我约束和自我激励的能力，也就是对个人的思想、欲望、情绪、行为、言语等进行理性管理和认知的能力。智商是认识客观事物并且运用知识来解决实际问题的相关能力，表现为个人对知识的理解与掌握程度。情商则是描述和测定个体的情感的指标，是个人管理自身的情绪以及处理人际关系的综合能力。财...
